What Spotter does
Spotter helps you log your workouts and track your training progress.
Your account
One person, one account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for the activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
Use the app for its intended purpose. Do not reverse-engineer it, do not attempt to abuse or attack the service, and do not use it to harm other users. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior toward other people. If you post content or behave in a way that is objectionable, threatening, harassing, or otherwise harmful, we may remove the content and suspend or delete your account. You can report objectionable content or an abusive user to us at goncalomatos97@gmail.com, and we aim to review reports within 24 hours.
Liability
During this pre-launch period the app is provided as-is, without warranties. We will keep improving reliability, but you accept the usual risks of using software that is still in active development.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal and the European Union. Disputes will be resolved in the competent Portuguese courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of habitual residence under EU Regulation 593/2008 (Rome I) Art. 6.
As an EU-based service provider, we inform you that the European Commission provides an online dispute-resolution platform accessible at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
